		<description>O.k. - Here is my system - kinda dumb, but it helps me keep them straight

Vdd - Voltage regulate"d" (whatever the standard is, 5v or 3.3v, etc)
Vin - Voltage "in" from batrery or power supply
Vss - Voltage "short" to ground - I know that this is not accurate technically, but it was all I could think of back when I came up with the memory device. ss is pretty</description>
